Randi Killelea is 100% responsible for the fact that we now own a home in North Myrtle Beach! She found us while we were casually checking out an unfinished home in her neighborhood and encouraged us to take a closer look. She answered all of our questions and was completely knowledgable about the builder, home customization, neighborhood make-up, and HOA requirements and services. We didn't end up buying the first home we saw, but immediately when we saw a finished home in her neighborhood come on the market, we called her from North Carolina and asked if she could help us. She did a video walk-through, answered all of our very specific questions, and then guided us through every single step of the buying process from putting in our offer, handling the building inspection, all the way to switching over utilities to our name and attending our closing with us and bringing a gift! She even offered her cute rental house for us to stay in the night before closing! Randi is amazing! She is efficient, detail oriented, and she never wasted our time. We are lucky that now we are her neighbors and we will always be grateful for how easy she made it for us to become property owners at North Myrtle Beach!
