Stefania was absolutely wonderful. We needed a perfect scenario to buy our first home, and Stef had a great amount of patience in helping us navigate the entire process. Through her network and persistence, she was able to secure a peaceful tiny home near Lake Norman where I could stay while everything came together. That gesture relieved an enormous amount of stress during an already difficult time and is something I will never forget.

Stefania combines an incredible work ethic with knowledge, enthusiasm, and strong instincts about the market. She was responsive, resourceful, and always seemed to have a solution or a next step ready. No matter how stressful things became, she never lost her composure and never stopped advocating for my best interests.

Thanks to her guidance, I found the right home sooner than I expected, and I am extremely happy with the outcome. She helped turn what could have been a very difficult experience into a successful one.
