Todd made himself available to accommodate our changing schedules - made us feel like we were his only client, when we knew he had others. He listened to what we were looking for, showed us homes that we found as well as some that he thought might interest us as well. He asked if we were open to considering other near-by locations and it was in one of those locations that we fund our home! Todd was full service - assisted us with legal, mortgage and insurance recommendations as needed and provided a thorough introduction to the area. Todd also continued to take our calls post close with follow-on inquiries. We plan to stay in touch with Todd and would recommend him to anyone looking to transact real estate in NC.
