Amy’s approach to real estate is rooted in purpose and a genuine connection to the community she serves. As a descendant of early Cataloochee Valley settlers, she carries a legacy of hard work and a deep understanding of Haywood County and its history. This heritage provides her with intimate knowledge of Western North Carolina and fuels her passion for helping others find a place to call home.
Amy’s educational journey through Peace College, NC State School of Design, and Meredith College helped refine her creative expertise. She holds a B.A. in Visual Communications with concentrations in Graphic Design, Interior Design, and Art. In 2015, she earned her Real Estate Broker’s License.
An entrepreneur at heart, Amy has built two successful businesses from the ground up, an achievement that reflects her drive, resilience, and strong business insight. She combines her creative background with a solid foundation in finance and sales, offering clients a unique blend of vision and strategy.
