Joana was very well prepared for showing us properties, and was excellent throughout the purchasing process. Even after the closing, she was great in giving us suggestions for having some minor repairs done to the property. We were an out of state buyer, and she went above and beyond by meeting workers at the property to get those things done before we moved in.
