Josh was such a pleasure to work with. As a first time home buyer, he demonstrated patience and expertise when dealing with me and my many questions. I am very grateful to have been recommended to him by a friend that he worked with in buying their home. Very professional and worked well with all parties involved. Thank you!!

Josh is an excellent real estate agent. He negotiated the recent sale of my brother's house in a highly effective manner. The house was unusual in that it was modified to accommodate the needs of a wheelchair-bound individual. Josh presented the house in a way that would appeal to a wide group of potential buyers, ensuring that we got the best possible price. He made sure the negotiations moved forward quickly and that the paperwork was completed quickly. At the end of the process both buyer and seller were satisfied.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
