We were looking for a piece of land to build a barn on for now, with the possibility of putting a house on it in the future. Kristen listened to us carefully and found us exactly what we wanted. Throughout the land purchasing process, Kristen was incredibly communicative and what she didn't know the answers to she found out and relayed the answers to us in a timely manner. Kristen and Carmen, her assistant, promptly answered calls, emails and texts, keeping us informed about every development. The closing was incredibly quick and painless. There were some confusing terms that we needed explanation on. Carmen contacted Kristen who was out of the country on vacation and Kristen handled it from there, calling us to explain everything. They are very dedicated to being the best and in our opinion you can't go wrong with Kristen Downing and her team!

I will never be able to express how much I appreciate Kristen in buying our home. She is one of the coolest people, she is extremely kind, she’s is so hard working and she’s is extremely knowledgeable about everything in buying a home. She’s went above and beyond for us as we were overseas looking for a home. I hope if I ever buy a home again I can call Kristen. I would 100% recommend her for all your realty needs.
