About Kym Pattishall
Kym has lived several places in four different states, yet fortunately landed in Wilmington in 2004. Holding a BA in English and having worked in many different fields, from teaching, owning her own retail businesses to development work for local non-profits and most recently performing real estate paralegal work, she puts forth her knowledge of the area and love of ALL that it has to offer into her real estate profession, while sharing it with others.

I would like to convey that Ms. Kym Pattishall is the best realtor that I have ever worked with. I've worked with many over my years of home ownership. I have had rentals and lived in several locations. For this last home that I sold; I interviewed another realtor that was highly recommended and I was not impressed. I am so happy that I hired Kym. She literally went above and beyond to sell my home. She listened to every word that I said in how I wanted to market my home. She hit every point that I wanted to make. She not only recommended a great photographer for our pictures, but she literally put in the work herself to stage my home. She listed our home at midnight so it would be the first home people would see in the morning. The day the home was listed she worked tirelessly to show the home to both her clients and other realtors' client's that were out of town as our home sold that fast. She also recommended a great attorney. She was on top of all the questions that I had and any questions that our prospective buyers had. From the minute we met Kym, we knew we picked the right agent to help us find a home. Kind, easy going, unpretentious, genuine are just a few words that fit her. To us, the relationship with our agent was just as important as the home we were to choose. Her communication was impeccable, and knew no bounds.
