An awesome realtor and guy all-around! Adam is well versed not only with the home-buying process (which was extremely helpful for my husband and I as first-time homebuyers), but with his local knowledge of the city. My wife and I started working with Adam in June to find our home, we toured what felt like over 50 different places, in the Jacksonville area, and put offers on 4-5 houses until we finally found our home and closed this end of August. Throughout that time he was able to answer any questions I had as a first time home buyer. He was fully transparent with each property we looked at and we never felt pressured into making a Choice or decision- especially after touring 5 houses in one day. We kept getting out bid due to our budget but he wasn’t discouraged and kept trying to find places we’d like.
