Marlyn was a dream to work with in our search to find our retirement home. She went above and beyond to help us, especially since we were out of state during the process. She knew EXACTLY what we wanted, and she went to each showing with our exact wants in mind. She recommended great people to do work on the home after our inspection, and she met with all of them at the house, since we couldn’t be here. Her communication between all parties involved in the sale was prompt, and we could always get a hold of her for any and all information needed. Marlyn made our home-buying experience smooth. I would give her 100 stars, if I could. I would recommend her to anyone searching for any home or property in her area-she is an expert in her field!
