My husband and I visited Greenville last year to see if it was a place we would like to retire. We visited a few neighborhoods under construction and were unimpressed. Then we came across a Rosewood community and Tracy was the agent in the model. She couldn’t have been more accommodating. We explained that we weren’t ready to move forward quite yet and she didn’t pressure us which we appreciated. Then about six months later, we were ready to retire and ready to move to Greenville. We lived out of state and knew nothing about the new community that Rosewood was building so Tracy offered to videotape several lots and she took plenty of pictures. We were sold. The house was built while we were still out of state so she kept us updated with pictures of the progress of the house. She was always responsive to our many emails and phone calls. My husband and I are so grateful that we met with Tracy, specifically! I don’t think we would have been so comfortable moving forward with an out-of-state move if not for Tracy. We highly recommend her.
