Marc Zolotorofe

We recently closed on our new home in Matthews, NC and our real estate agent, Marc Zolotorofe, was a terrific partner throughout our home buying process. Marc is highly knowledgeable on both buy and sell side diligence for residential real estate transactions and always brought new information to the table educating my wife and I. Marc approached our real estate transactions with a high level of professionalism while maintaining constant communication and providing strong negotiation tactics along the way. We highly recommend Marc Zolotorofe for any residential real estate transactions and believe Marc to be a trusted partner in any of our future endeavors.

I am also a real estate broker and just closed a cross-sale with Marc and had an excellent experience. Marc represents his clients well and always had a positive attitude while focusing on making our transaction a win-win for everyone. Marc is an outstanding agent with an incredible reputation and is someone I want on the other side of every transaction! Top notch!

Mark helped sell our house and found us our new house. He was very patient and detailed oriented with every step of the process. We appreciated his guidance through the entire process and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

Marc was fantastic from beginning to end. He was incredibly patient with us, especially since we’re very particular about what we wanted in a home. He was thorough throughout the entire process and took the time to show us a wide range of properties.

His knowledge of home construction and inspections was impressive, and he taught us a great deal along the way. Thanks to his expertise and guidance, we were able to secure our dream home in our dream neighborhood during a highly competitive housing market.

We would highly recommend Marc to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
