Rachel was great, she was very much in tune with current trends to what buyers are looking for. Rachel was our agent for the purchase and sale of this property. All steps from listing to closing went smoothly guided by Rachel. A Big Shout Out to Rachel.. Thank you! You Are The Best!

Brian is the real deal! He came highly recommended from a neighbor and after careful consideration, I chose him to sell my home in Mint Hill. I was relocating for work and in the process of closing on a new property in Virginia, so it was imperative that I had someone representing me that had my back and gets things done. Brian and Beth were just that! They stepped up numerous times for me during the showing process to make sure everything was presentable when I was out of town. They are a super-star team with a high level of professionalism and integrity. I wish I could have used them with my home purchase in Virginia Beach. I highly recommend Brian and The Belcher Group.
