Working with Jenna was incredible. This was our first time ever even contemplating buying a home, so we were really starting from scratch. We had a limited budget, and some complicated financing assistance to work through, but Jenna was always patient with us. We looked at a lot of houses. We got our hopes up a few times and got let down a few times, but every time we were ready to look at another home Jenna made time for us. If Jenna was ever stressed out, overwhelmed, or impatient, we could not tell it. That perseverance and lightheartedness helped us tremendously when we were stressed out or let down. We ended up finding a new construction home we absolutely loved but in no way believed could be ours. Jenna went to bat for us on the offer and the following negotiations. She really went the extra mile on a counteroffer and helped us get the home of our dreams under contract. Today we closed on our first home, a new construction property. My wife and I now have an incredible home to make memories in, raise children in, and maybe even some room to grow.
