Melissa Coletta

We sold our home in just a few days !!!

Very professional and willing to visit houses outside of normal business hours. Knowledgeable with various house construction types.

I am so happy my husband and I found Melissa. She listened to all of our wants and needs. We would never have found our dream home without her.

I don’t know where to start about Melissa. I trusted her and here we are in our beautiful home for 3 weeks. She guides you, lessons to you and most of all she becomes your family. She tells you when you going to a wrong direction. She lines up people that she knows you will need with in few days even though you will say I don’t need them. She knows you that well. She will go far beyond to get what you need. She is efficient, effective, intelligent, and knows what she is doing. If I ever have to do it ever again I will choose her without a doubt!!

Melissa did a very good job assisting us selecting & buying home thru a very rigorous process. Selection was not easy & then buying process was also cumbersome dealing with relocation company. She also assisted during the closing to ensure everything is as seamless as possible. Overall, we are very satisfied with her assistance & would recommend he to any future buyer. She is definitely a very valuable asset to any organization.
